Terms and Conditions

 

General:

• Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Euro, if purchasing from abroad the amount will be converted from your own currency.

 

• Once you have placed your order online, a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail, complete with transaction and Order reference numbers.

 

• When you place an order to purchase a product from adversitymakers.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

 

• Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched that product to you (the “Order Confirmation”).

 

• That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the “Order Confirmation” to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in an “Order Confirmation” to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

 

• Within the next days and close to shipping, we will send an additional e-mail that contains the invoice of your order.

 

• Once the order has been shipped, we will provide the shipping details with a final “Shipping Confirmation” e-mail.

 

• You have 7 days in order to cancel this sale upon receiving your goods, you must return the goods within 7 days using a signed for courier, the goods remain your property and your responsibility until signed for and accepted by Adversity Makers. Any goods not returned in condition as sold will not be entitled to a refund.

 

• Product specifications, images and other information published on our website have been made accessible by Adversity Makers. The intention of adversitymakers.com is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. Actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. Images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.

 

• The models will be delivered, primed and assembled.

 

• Although we handle the products with the greatest care, they might need some clean up before they are ready to be painted.

 

• Since the models are produced to order, there are supporting material needed for the manufacturing process. We will remove (most) of the supporting materials before priming the models, however there might still be some slight/small artifacts present when the model is being shipped which will possibly need removing.

 

• All models will be manufactured with standard casting resin, manually clean up and thoroughly primed before shipping.

 

• Printed additional materials (for example Bio card) is possible with on demand backstory against adjusted costs. If you so wish, please contact us to inform about the possibilities and costs involved.

 

Licenses & Copyrights:

We are the sole proprietors of the merchant licenses from our partners of all physical and their digital files we offer for sale (created as commissions for Adversity Makers) or we have developed the files by ourselves.

- It is forbidden to copy, scan or replicate any figure and bust or part thereof without consent of Adversity Makers. Please respect the creations and the intellectual properties involved.

- Each product has the name of the artist that was commissioned in the description.

 

Returns:

- As the figures and busts will be manufactured on request, we will not accept any returns. However, if you deem the product incomplete or incorrect, please don't hesitate to contact us through the contact-form on the contact page   and we will get back to you as soon as possible to see if we can work everything out. Our goal is to have happy customers everywhere!

 

Delivery Times:

- As the figures will be produced on request, the fabrication process can take several (4-6) days to process your order. 

- Depending on how busy it is, it might take a little while before we are able to ship your order. We aim to fulfil your order as soon as possible however you should expect between 7-14 days for regular orders before shipping.

- If we won't be able to ship your order within 14 days, we will notify you personally through e-mail and we will offer you the option for cancelling the order with a full refund.

 

Shipping:

- Since the models are made out of resin, some small thin parts can be quite brittle. We will package the models with the greatest care, however during shipping (depending on how rough a package is being handled) some parts might break. If broken, parts can be easily glued together with superglue.

- In the case a package is so severely damaged and broken that repairing with superglue isn't feasible, please contact us so we can take corrective measures with the shipping company involved.
